Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and accomplished leader to spearhead the growth and advancement of our In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) services. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing all facets of the IVF division, with a strong emphasis on driving sales excellence, fostering relationships with C-suite executives in IVF networks, managing vendor partnerships, and executing market development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of business growth, exemplary leadership, and effective relationship management. Flexibility in title is available, tailored to the candidate's expertise and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the IVF business, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to meet established targets.
Oversee clinical trials, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design impactful IVF campaigns that enhance market presence.
Lead a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and high performance within Product, Medical, Marketing, and Sales divisions.
Identify and leverage new market opportunities to drive the expansion of the IVF business.
Execute market development programs aimed at enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, especially C-suite executives in major IVF networks.
Work with internal and external partners to continuously enhance service offerings and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage vendor relationships to achieve superior service delivery and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong strategic thinking skills coupled with tactical execution capability.
Preferred: Previous experience in the IVF industry is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in the healthcare sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the IVF domain.
Proven track record in business development and sales management.
Outstanding relationship-building proficiencies, particularly with C-suite level executives.
